Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
George Pickhardt is a third-generation pest control operator. He took over operations of Arrow Environmental Services from his father, Vernon Pickhardt, in 1992 with a vision to build the company into a national leader of pest control services.
Pickhardt’s strong background in entomology and business have helped him successfully plan a growth strategy that has built Environmental Pest Service into one of the largest pest control companies in the country. He has a bachelor’s degree in entomology, a master’s degree in ornamental horticulture and Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Chief Financial Officer
David Bradford joined Environmental Pest Service as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate finance to the EPS team. His extensive experience working with companies that have grown quickly and that serve a large geographic area will prove extremely beneficial at EPS, as it is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the nation.
Before joining EPS, Bradford held management positions with companies such as the Outdoor Reservation Management Group, Spirit Airlines, United Maritime Group and Tupperware Brands Corporation.
Bradford earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Vice President of Sales and Operations
Michael Rolman, a veteran high-level sales and operations professional in the pest control industry, joined EPS in September 2016. His primary focuses are the utilization of training, facilitating sharing of best practices and implementing enhanced operational procedures to continue EPS’s best-in-class performance. With more than 20 years of experience, he was most recently sales director for the northern U.S. and international divisions for Terminix.
Rolman has a degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
Regional Vice President, Arrow Environmental Services
Brad Pitts is a seasoned professional with more than 34 years of experience in the pest control industry having worked in Texas and Florida. He started in the industry as a Service Technician at Dallas Pest in the early 80s and later moved into service management and sales management. He worked with HomeTeam Pest Defense in Orlando and then Texas growing the southwest region to the fastest growing region with the company. Most recently, Pitts was with south central division for Orkin as Region Vice President. During his years with Orkin, he held several other division-level leadership roles including Assistant Division President and Division Sales Manager.
Pitts earned his undergraduate degree and MBA at LeTourneau University and completed the Advanced Leadership Graduate Program in 2011 at Duke University.
Regional Vice President, Bug Out Service
Brian Dworetsky joins the team as Regional Vice President for Bug Out Service. Dworetsky has more than 30 years of experience in service based industries. Most notably, as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, he was recruited as the first corporate officer and employee in western Canada, with executive functions for new business units. In this role, he created and developed an award-winning $100M operation with 40 locations and 275 employees. He has also held positions as Vice President of Operations at Aramark and Vice President/Area Manager for Johnny On The Spot/United Site Services.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.
Regional Vice President, Skyline Pest Solutions and State Pest Control
David Joles joined Arrow in September of 2015 as the Director of Sales and moved into Director of Sales for EPS in February 2016. Bringing with him more than 23 years of industry experience, he was previously Region Vice President at Terminix and Region Manager at Orkin.
Joles was promoted to Regional Vice President of Skyline Pest Solutions in May 2016 and then assigned State Pest Control in September 2016. He works with all levels of the organizations to drive sales and customer retention.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Kaplan University in 2009.
Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
As the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, Andrew Barrows oversees the mergers and acquisitions strategy that has helped make Environmental Pest Service one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the nation. Prior to joining EPS, he was the Regional Director at a therapy staffing company as part of Sterling Partners’ Accelerator Program.
Barrows earned his JD/MBA from the Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
With more than 20 years of experience in finance, Vickie Borrone joined EPS in June 2015 as Controller and moved to her new role in May 2016. Now as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, she is responsible for strategic finance leadership, overseeing FP&A activities, financial forecasting and planning, and providing business leadership through financial insight for decision making. Prior to joining EPS, Borrone was Director of Business Operations for Comcast, and most recently, Director of Financial Services for Brookdale Senior Living.
Borrone earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
Director of Human Resources
Amelia Collier joined EPS in April 2015 as Human Resources Generalist supporting all regions, and most recently, supporting Skyline and State. With 13 years of experience, she is proficient in the assessment of recruiting, compensation, benefits, management/organizational development and strategic planning. Her experience in Human Resources stems from various industries including government, education, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Collier received her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from Dillard University and her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Valdosta State University. Collier was the recipient of the EPS George Pickhardt Leadership Award at our Awards of Excellence in January of 2017.
Bringing more than 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience, Kim Dufoe joined EPS as Financial Controller in May 2017. Most recently serving as Director of Finance for Sentry Safe and LiDestri Foods, as well as serving on the Finance Committee for the local humane society, Dufoe relocated to the sunshine state from Rochester, New York. Dufoe is focused on maximizing return on financial assets and guiding financial decisions by establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Dufoe holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance with a minor in Management from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, New York. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Director of Marketing
Mandi Harris, Director of Marketing, joined EPS in February 2015. With experience in developing innovative marketing strategies to improve sales and lead generation, Harris oversees all marketing related activities for all regions.
Harris has developed a high level of expertise in marketing strategy, product branding, sales, and content development in the 15 years she has worked in the marketing field. Prior to joining EPS, she owned and operated Peach Marketing Group in Atlanta, where she worked with a wide variety of clients, including Skyline Pest Solutions. She was the Director of Marketing for a group of Harley-Davidson dealerships before starting her marketing consulting company. Harris earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.
Director of Process Improvement
Janet Jordan, PMP, is an executive level project manager with strong background in information technology. She joined EPS in June 2015 as the acting Director of IT where she established Managed Service Providers for IT, and identified cost savings of almost $100,000. In July of 2016 she moved to a new role as the Director of Process Improvement where she is instrumental in understanding, documenting, analyzing and improving workflow and processes throughout the company.
Prior to joining EPS, Jordan held roles as a Senior Project Manager for the Tampa Bay Times Publishing Company, CSC, and Accusoft Inc. She earned a Bachelors in Philosophy, Interdisciplinary Studies / Systems Analysis from Miami University in Ohio and in 2014, earned her Project Management Professional Certification.
Director of Information Technology
Wade Stankich began his IT career 20 years ago as a personal computer technician for a manufacturing company. Over the years, Stankich has various positions within organizations including Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, Database Administrator, Software Developer, IT Manager and Director of IT. After the manufacturing industry, he spent time in the aviation industry.
Stankich joined EPS in June 2016 as Director of IT bringing more than 13 years in IT management. He began his education pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Youngstown State University and then changed his major to Computer Science. Stankich finished his Bachelors of Science at University of Phoenix.
Stankich has been married for 27 years and has two grown children and a granddaughter.
